We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Transplant Coordinator (Project Manager) to join a leading healthcare facility. This role focuses on kidney transplant process optimization and requires strong experience in transplant coordination and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document and analyze clinical processes and workflows
- Develop and update policies & procedures
- Identify opportunities for workflow optimization
- Implement process improvements and train staff
- Lead transplant-related quality and performance initiatives
Requirements
Requirements:
- Active California RN License
- Minimum 5 years of transplant coordinator experience (Required)
- Kidney transplant experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Nurse manager or leadership experience (Preferred)
- Experience in:
- Policy & procedure writing
- Workflow/process mapping
- Performance improvement initiatives
- Certifications:
- BLS
