Application Developer Lead
• Plan, install, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage AppDev servers and applications.
• Drive DevOps, Agile, and release management practices.
• Mentor junior and senior developers; review and approve code, designs, and releases. Required Qualifications • BA/BS with 5+ years as an Application Developer, OR 9+ years in lieu of degree.
• Active IAT Level II certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) plus applicable CE/OS certification.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps methodologies, GitLab, and Agile.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Microsoft, or Google cloud services.
• Required skills: .NET, Java, SQL, MySQL, VDX, IIS, HTML5, Linux, Tomcat, Apache, SharePoint, iOS development/sustainment, PHP, WordPress.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Extensive experience supporting large, highly scalable applications.
• U.S. Citizenship. Desired Qualifications • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent.
• SAFe or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience leading distributed development teams.
• Prior DoD or Army application development experience.
