Full-Time Tasting Room Sales Associate (Wine + Private Experiences)

Not your typical tasting room job. At Folded Hills, you’re not just pouring wine, you’re leading private ranch experiences, interacting with animals, and hosting guests in a 600-acre working ranch setting. This role is part hospitality, part sales, and part experience guide.

Compensation: $35–$45/hour average (hourly + tips). Top performers consistently earn on the higher end through wine sales and guest engagement.

Full-Time Commitment
Schedule: This is a full-time role that requires a dedicated presence during our busiest times. Weekends and holidays are required.
Stability: This position offers consistent hours 5 days per week and a long-term career path within our hospitality team.

What You’ll Do
Host elevated wine tastings and create memorable guest experiences.
Lead private ranch tours and experiences (including animal interactions).
Drive wine sales and wine club conversions through genuine connection.
Represent the Folded Hills brand with confidence and authenticity.
Manage multiple guests and experiences simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: Hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is a plus (not required).
