POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a talented Lead Web flow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with Webflow , Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce (SFDC), and Pardot. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly websites and digital assets while ensuring seamless integration with our marketing and CRM systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Website Development & Maintenance:

• Build, and maintain responsive, visually appealing websites using Webflow across a growing list of countries and regions.


• Ensure website functionality, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.


• Leverage machine ‑ translation tools to adapt content into multiple languages, ensuring clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance for global audiences.

Analytics & Tag Management:

• Implement and configure Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track user behavior and campaign performance.


• Ensure data outputs translate into actionable insights that inform and advance our site ‑ wide testing initiatives.

CRM & Marketing Automation Integration:

• Integrate website components with Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot for seamless data flow and marketing automation.


• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure proper tracking, lead capture, and nurturing processes.

Collaboration & Optimization:

• Work closely with designers, marketing strategists, and product teams to enhance website usability and functionality.


• Troubleshoot issues, test new features, and implement best practices for SEO and conversion optimization.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Document development processes, technical specifications, and integration methods.


• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, analytics findings, and improvement recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5–7 years of professional experience in web development or a related role.


• Proven track record as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing both code samples and design work across complete website projects.


• Expertise in Webflow development, with a sharp eye for design, usability, and responsive layouts.


• Demonstrated B2B experience developing and managing websites for enterprise clients, translating complex stakeholder requirements into optimized digital solutions.


• Familiarity with telematics or fleet ‑ management technologies is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for data tracking and analysis.


• Experience integrating and managing Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot within web environments.


• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.


• Demonstrated ability to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

This position reports to our San Francisco office 2x per week

Compensation Package

• Annual Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 + eligibility for yearly bonus
