SpeedX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the inbound and outbound freight operations, specifically focusing on handling parcels for last-mile delivery. You will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of parcel delivery, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely processing.

• Scheduling and dispatching DSPs and drivers to assigned routes according to predetermined induction schedules, customer needs or on-demand requests.
• Work with HR and management to assist in DSP/Driver recruitment, screening, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and termination.
• Monitoring and relaying messages to drivers such as packages were not dropped at safe locations or other information from operations, customer experience teams, or direct supervisors.
• Monitoring and checking Driver uploaded information, such as driver app settings (phone qualities).
• Using company-provided laptops and softphones via calls or text messages to contact DSPs or drivers or recipients to verify and resolve delivery problems and complete quality delivery with accuracy.
• Delivering with drivers within company-assigned territories (routes) periodically to resolve driver delivery problems.
• Following the company delivery guide to monitor and train drivers to meet the performance standard.
• Monitoring and checking all the failed delivery packages reason is reasonable. Check with the driver for any discrepancy or wrong description.
• Providing live support during the delivery hours to drivers on exception package handling.
• Processing returned undeliverable packages from drivers in sorting center to facilitate the valid redelivery.

What you bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)

- 2+ years' experience in logistics, delivery operations, or a related field is a plus

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in using delivery tracking and communication tools

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Proficient in a wide range of computer applications, including Microsoft and Google products, with the ability to efficiently navigate, create and collaborate using these essential software tools.

- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
