Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner - Ortho for a direct hire opportunity in Victorville, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced NP who is confident evaluating and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions while supporting orthopaedic physicians in a fast-paced clinical and procedural environment.

The Nurse Practitioner - Ortho will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver comprehensive patient care across orthopaedics, pain management, sports medicine, trauma, spine, hand, and total joint-related conditions. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical examinations, pain assessments, and review of diagnostic information.
- Diagnose pain management and orthopaedic-related conditions and develop individualized treatment plans under the direction of the supervising physician.
- Provide pain management care using pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic strategies, including medication management, therapy referrals, interventional support, and patient education.
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Perform follow-up visits to monitor treatment effectiveness, adjust care plans, and support improved patient function and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and respond appropriately to acute pain crises or urgent patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $115,000 to $130,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Position is based in Victorville, CA.
- Travel to other clinic locations within the medical group is required.
