Bilingual Payroll & Office Manager – Construction/Landscaping Industry
Location: Van Nuys, CA (On-Site)
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

What You’ll Do:

• Process full-cycle payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
• Oversee payroll tax filings, wage garnishments, benefits deductions, and labor law compliance .
• Administer employee records, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and HR documentation .
• Manage daily office operations , ensuring organization, efficiency, and workflow optimization.
• Handle billing, insurance certifications, and subcontractor paperwork , ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and support a team of five administrative professionals .
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish , supporting a diverse workforce.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8 years of payroll and office management experience , specifically in Construction, Landscaping, HVAC, or related industries .
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required to communicate effectively with employees and vendors.
• Expertise in full-cycle payroll processing , including multi-state payroll, tax compliance, and benefits administration.
• Experience working with companies with 100 plus employees high preferred
• Familiarity with progress billing, insurance certifications, and subcontractor documentation is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
