Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Fremont, CA within a manufacturing environment. This role is a strong fit for an HR professional with recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and employee support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.

The Human Resources Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on recruiting coordination, candidate communication, interview scheduling, onboarding preparation, and employee recordkeeping. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with HR leadership, hiring managers, and employees while contributing to a positive workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruiting and sourcing activities, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and applicant follow-up.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating required documentation, and helping ensure a smooth employee start experience.
- Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, applicant tracking information, and related documentation.
- Assist HR leadership and hiring managers with staffing updates, candidate pipelines, and general recruitment administration.
- Respond to employee and candidate inquiries in a professional, confidential, and timely manner.
- Support general HR projects, compliance-related tasks, and process improvements as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $26.00 to $28.00 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Fremont, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate recruiting, sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding, new hire documentation, and employee file maintenance.
- Assist with HR administration, compliance tracking, and employee support.
- Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to support staffing needs.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, sourcing, or related HR support.
- Experience supporting recruiting workflows, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with candidates, employees, and management.
- High attention to detail when handling records, documentation, and confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general HR, recruiting, or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment in employee-related matters.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial work environment.
- Familiarity with high-volume recruiting, temporary staffing coordination, or hourly workforce hiring.
- Experience using HRIS or ATS platforms to manage candidate and employee information.
- Basic knowledge of employment practices, onboarding requirements, and HR compliance documentation.
