Program Manager
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Program Manager who will be supporting web operations and product launches (Surface/Windows/Copilot). Responsibilities:
- Project manage delivery for product launches and campaigns, including workback schedules, dependency management, and launch readiness (QA, go/no-go) Coordinate stakeholder, cross-team, and vendor coordination for product launches, campaigns, and web projects
- Support rollout and administration of operational rigor through standardized processes, templates, SLAs, and launch playbooks
- Ensure quality, accessibility, privacy, and compliance standards are met through structured review cycles, issue tracking, and release governance processes
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
- Skills: Project management (digital/web/marketing), agile methodology, CMS systems, project management tools (MS Project, Click Up), intake and ticketing systems, stakeholder management, cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have their experience and knowledge in project management, web processes, and stakeholder coordination prepared for discussion during the assessment
