Data Analyst (Locals and W2 Only)

Akkodis is seeking Data Analyst in Cupertino CA 95014 . Ideally, looking for applicants with 3-5 years of professional experience in a data analyst role.

Rate Range : $60-$65/Hour on W2

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain automated reporting and data workflows using AI tools and Excel-based solutions (Power Query, macros, VBA).
• Apply AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, or similar) to automate repetitive data tasks and improve process efficiency.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Document data processes, methodologies, and automation workflows for knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all deliverables.
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed by the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a data analyst role (5 years preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Lookups, etc.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate data tasks and workflows.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques for AI tools.
• Hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple formats (CSV, Excel, databases, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
