Responsibilities

As a Sr .NET Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and Developing Backend Services : Utilize C# and the .NET framework to create robust backend services that meet business requirements.
• Managing Code Branches : Oversee code versioning and branching strategies to ensure smooth collaboration and integration within the development team.
• Integrating Azure Services : Work with Azure services such as API Management (APIM), Function Apps, Logic Apps, and Storage to enhance application functionality and performance.
• Database Management : Collaborate with SQL databases to ensure data integrity and optimize query performance.
• CI/CD Processes : Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Agile Practices : Contribute to Agile methodologies within the team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• C# : Expert-level proficiency in C# programming language, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• .NET Framework : Expert knowledge of the .NET Framework, including experience with building and maintaining applications using this technology.
• .NET Core : Expert-level experience with .NET Core, focusing on building cross-platform applications and microservices.
• Branch Management : Expert skills in managing code branches, including strategies for merging, rebasing, and resolving conflicts in a collaborative environment.
• Azure APIM (API Management) : Intermediate experience with Azure API Management, including creating, publishing, and managing APIs to ensure secure and scalable access to backend services.
• SQL : Intermediate proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries, optimize database performance, and ensure data integrity.
• Azure Function Apps : Intermediate experience with Azure Function Apps, including developing serverless applications and integrating them with other Azure services.
• Azure Logic Apps : Intermediate knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, focusing on automating workflows and integrating various services and applications.
• Azure Storage : Intermediate understanding of Azure Storage solutions, including Blob, Table, and Queue storage, and their use cases.
• Azure DevOps : Intermediate experience with Azure DevOps, including managing repositories, pipelines, and work items to facilitate efficient development processes.
