The Role

We’re hiring Experienced Phone Sales Representatives to handle inbound and outbound leads, guide customers through their options, and help them move forward with loan solutions.

This is a high-volume, phone-based sales role where your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and close efficiently will directly impact your earnings. This role is designed for experienced sales reps looking to level up their career.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers

• Qualify applicants based on financial needs and eligibility

• Present loan options including:

  • Personal loans

  • Debt consolidation loans

  • Home improvement financing

• Clearly explain terms, benefits, and next steps

• Build rapport and guide customers through the decision process

• Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline

• Track activity and manage deals in CRM systems

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets

Compensation

• Uncapped commission
