• Improve self service reporting and standard outputs to reduce ad hoc work while increasing transparency and usability for stakeholders.
• Monitor key processes and data outputs to ensure appropriate controls and reliable results.

• Act as a proactive team member who challenges existing ways of working and brings practical, forward looking ideas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Technology, and other partners to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of compensation practices through continuous improvement and thoughtful use of new tools, automation, and AI technologies.
Qualifications:
• 6 Years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience or 4 years of experience with a master's degree.
• 4–8 years of progressive compensation experience in a complex organization, with strong hands on involvement in program delivery and operations.
• Solid experience across core compensation programs and practices, including market based pay, salary ranges, annual rewards cycles, and recognition programs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting managers and HR stakeholders on compensation related questions, with the ability to provide clear, practical guidance grounded in compensation philosophy and policy.
• Strong Workday experience required, including compensation related processes and reporting. Experience improving or optimizing Workday workflows is a plus.
• Proven track record of improving, streamlining, or automating compensation or HR processes, with a focus on scalability, accuracy, and stakeholder experience.
• Experience using AI tools to improve HR or compensation processes. Hands on experience building or deploying AI agents is preferred, with Microsoft Copilot strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data, reporting, and process driven outputs. Experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a practical approach to controls and data integrity.
