About the Role
We are seeking an organized and motivated Operations Assistant / Coordinator to support our installation operations and in-home sales team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating schedules, keeping projects organized, communicating with customers, and helping ensure every remodeling project runs smoothly from sale to completion.
You'll work closely with the owner, installers, vendors, and sales team to help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Installation Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule bath and shower system installations
- Review customer contracts and ensure all paperwork is complete
- Coordinate product ordering and delivery schedules
- Assist with warehouse inventory and material tracking
- Process permits, documentation, and CRM updates
- Communicate with customers regarding installation schedules and project updates
- Support installers by coordinating service calls and warranty appointments
- Conduct post-installation follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and request referrals
- Maintain accurate job files, schedules, timesheets, receipts, and project records
- Assist with onboarding and coordinating installation team schedules
Sales & Administrative Support
- Coordinate appointments for the in-home sales team
- Assist with tracking sales performance and reporting
- Prepare sales paperwork and electronic contracts
- Ensure CRM records remain accurate and up to date
- Help coordinate sales meetings, product training, and team communication
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, office administration, or construction support
- Experience in home improvement or construction is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable using iPads, electronic contracts, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
