Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IoT Support & Test Engineer with 4-8 years of experience in IoT device configuration, testing, deployment, and technical support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring IoT-enabled robotic devices, planning and executing test activities, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and providing technical support to end users.

This role requires hands-on experience with IoT devices, robotics, intelligent edge computing, Linux, networking, and device troubleshooting . Exposure to RFID technology and IoT deployments is highly desirable.

Experience

• 4-8 Years in IoT Engineering, Device Testing, Robotics Support, or Edge Computing.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain IoT-enabled robotic devices.
• Plan, execute, and document functional, integration, and system testing for IoT devices.
• Perform device provisioning, firmware validation, and configuration management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IoT devices deployed at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor device health, collect logs, and perform root cause analysis.
• Retrieve and analyze Linux system logs for troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve product issues.
• Support deployment, upgrades, and maintenance of IoT edge devices.
• Work with RFID-enabled devices and related technologies where applicable.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience configuring IoT devices or robotic systems.
• Experience planning and executing device validation and testing.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and basic shell commands.
