Role Overview

As the Vice President of Client Services , you will be the senior leader responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth across our portfolio. You will lead a team of account directors and client success managers, ensuring delivery excellence and cultivating long-term strategic partnerships. You will also work closely with Product leaders throughout! This is a client-facing role that requires a balance of strategic leadership, operational rigor, and deep understanding of agency driven business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Leadership
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for enterprise accounts, ensuring strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Translate client business objectives into AI strategies and service solutions.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value.
• Operational Excellence
  • Oversee client onboarding, project delivery, and ongoing success metrics.
  • Partner with Product and Solutions teams to ensure service quality and innovation.
  • Develop and refine best practices for client management within an AI-focused environment.
• Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Client Services organization.
  • Establish KPIs and performance management frameworks for client-facing teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration.
• Business Strategy
  • Contribute to company growth strategy and executive decision-making.
  • Provide client insights to influence product roadmaps and service offerings.
  • Ensure alignment between client needs, agency capabilities, and market trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in client services, account management, or consulting , with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success leading enterprise client relationships in tech, digital, or AI-focused services .
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI solutions to measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Track record of scaling and managing high-performing client service teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
