IT Consultant-III

As an IT Consultant III on the New Verticals Partner Integrations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful merchant integrations onto our Drive platform. You'll collaborate with both internal and external partners to manage the integration pipeline, lead onboarding, resolve technical issues, and drive overall project success. This role requires both technical acumen and strong communication skills to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Oversight: Manage and optimize the integration pipeline; coordinate with cross-functional teams to forecast and maximize capacity.
• Integration Scoping: Translate merchant requirements into clearly defined integration plans and actionable technical solutions.
• Merchant Onboarding: Lead merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Project Ownership & Success: Oversee all phases of New Verticals integrations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot integration issues; escalate as necessary to maintain project momentum.
• Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for external partners; advocate for merchant needs and continuously improve integration workflows.
• Platform Expertise: Develop deep technical knowledge of the Drive platform’s integration architecture, APIs, and operational processes.

• 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts into business solutions.
• Proficient with integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Hands-on experience using SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Proven ability to work with external partners and drive successful outcomes.
• Experience in project and/or program management, ideally in a technical setting.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional environments with engineering and operations teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in eCommerce, logistics, or CPG integrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Client Drive platform or similar last-mile delivery platforms.
• Background in technical consulting, solution engineering, or platform integrations.

• None required, but certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile, Scrum) or technical disciplines (AWS, API integrations) are advantageous.
