We’re currently looking for an experienced Steering & Suspension Technician with proven CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) expertise to join our fast-paced and high-performing service department. The Steering & Suspension Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly and Flag Rate Compensation of between $32.00 and $39.00, plus a productivity bonus equivalent up to a maximum hourly rate of $50.00 per hour based on individual performance. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair steering and suspension systems
• Perform alignments and replace key components (struts, control arms, etc.)
• Road test vehicles and ensure quality of repairs
• Use OEM diagnostic tools and follow CDJR procedures
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with CDJR vehicles
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• ASE certifications preferred, but not required
