Front Desk Coordinator - Chiropractic Office

We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our chiropractic clinic in San Jose, CA. As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly experience. This position involves managing patient check-ins and check-outs, scheduling, insurance and legal documentation, email and phone communications, and payment processing.
Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple systems in a busy clinic. Previous experience in healthcare, chiropractic, or front desk settings is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups using EMR System and Monday.com
- Handle personal injury (PI) and DOT exam patients, including intake, forms, and legal coordination.
- Process payments via cash, credit card, or employer contracts (Stripe, Global Payments)
- Communicate with law offices, patients, and providers by phone and email
- Maintain daily logs and reconcile transactions at opening and closing
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of front desk or administrative experience (medical or chiropractic a plus)
- Proficient with computers, multitasking, and office software
- Strong communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a Plus..
- Punctual, reliable, and patient-focused
