Round Pond Estate is a family-owned and managed winery nestled in the heart of Rutherford, Napa Valley. Renowned for our handcrafted estate wines, artisanal olive oils, and commitment to sustainable agriculture, we are passionate about sharing authentic food and wine experiences.

We’re looking for a warm, engaging, and knowledgeable Seasonal Wine & Olive Oil Educator to join our Hospitality Team. In this role, you'll be the face of Round Pond, welcoming guests, leading memorable tastings, and building meaningful connections that inspire loyalty and celebrate the estate lifestyle.

What You’ll Do:
• Conduct world-class wine and olive oil tastings, food & wine pairings, and estate experiences
• Share our estate story with warmth, authenticity, and deep knowledge
• Provide exceptional hospitality that reflects the ethos of Round Pond
• Drive sales of wines, olive oils, and memberships through genuine guest connection
• Support daily operations including setup, cleanup, and event hospitality
• Maintain strong knowledge of all wines and food served, including preparation, ingredients, and pairings; and participate in continuous learning opportunities
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring:
• 2+ years in hospitality, wine, or sales (restaurant or tasting room experience a plus)
• Wine knowledge, passion for food, and sustainable agriculture
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a flexible and proactive approach
• A welcoming, polished, and professional demeanor
• Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with a wide range of guests and colleagues
• Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing conditions
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Must be at least 21 years old

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to taste, smell, hear, and talk effectively.
• Frequent lifting and moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Extended periods of standing and walking on hard surfaces.
• Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
