We help improve the discovery and manufacturing of new products, improve quality, ensure compliance, reduce time to market and improve operational efficiency.  As a team member of ASIS, you will be exposed to the cutting-edge technologies and processes that many leading companies and government agencies utilize. What would you do? Most of the team works on one project at any given point in time, typically as part of a larger core team working on a priority. At a Senior Analyst level, it could be: + Apply management consulting and design-thinking techniques as you work on the fundamental redesign of the scientific user experience + Help shape client's transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a "to-be" enterprise environment + Redesign processes and operating models to enable new ways of working with data-driven business cases + Leverage laboratory and scientific informatics solutions to deliver on transformational goals. + Collaborate with client leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions. + Design and implement digital solutions such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN), Chromatography Data Systems (CDS), Scientific Data Management Systems (SDMS), artificial intelligence including GenAI, Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud. + Help clients better capture, handle, integrate and analyze complex scientific data Growth Opportunities You will always be learning in this role through: + On the job learning: creating experiments with new technologies, products and across team partnerships + Being part of a forward-thinking community committed to training on and the adoption of latest methodologies such as design thinking and agile working + Opportunities to be a face of Accenture at industry forums, conferences, and through thought leadership Who do we need - Basic Qualifications: + 1+ Years of experience working in the field of scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC Manufacturing spaces + Bachelor's Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering) Travel - candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% to client locations Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
