Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience providing care in home health settings preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads in patients‘ homes, including documentation and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records and mobile documentation tools preferred.
• Experience treating adults with musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions preferred.
