Accounts Payable Support
• Review and verify vendor invoices uploaded into the ERP system.
• Assist in validating invoice information, supporting documents, and approval status.
• Monitor pending invoices and follow up with internal departments when necessary.
Payment/Receipts Processing Support
• Prepare and process vendor/customer check payments (deposits).
• Print, organize, and mail checks to vendors.
• Maintain payment records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with ACH and electronic payment/receipts processing as needed.
Work Schedule
8:30 AM ~ 12:00 PM (Work)
12:00 PM ~ 12:30 PM (Lunch)
12:30 PM ~ 5:00 PM (Work)
Pay Rate
Pay Rate: 19.40/hr
