Administrative Office Assistant
Animal Eye Care is seeking a dependable and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide front-desk, administrative, and record organization support. This is a full-time, on-site position in a busy veterinary specialty practice.

- Location: On-site in Pleasanton, CA
- Schedule: Monday–Friday from 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Position Type: Full-time temporary position through August 31st
- Start Date: Immediately
- Compensation: $18-22/hour
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in clients and patients
- Scan, organize, and file documents
- Pull and prepare medical records
- Assist with general front-desk and administrative duties
- Answer phones and route client questions as appropriate
- Support the team with other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Available to start immediately and work full-time through August 31st
- Able to work Monday–Friday from 9:30 AM–6:00 PM in Pleasanton
- Comfortable working around animals
- Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Friendly and professional when interacting with clients
- Comfortable working with computers, scanners, and office equipment
- Prior administrative, front-desk, or veterinary experience is helpful but not required
