Obstetrician & Gynecologist (OB/GYN)
Salary Range: $375,000 $400,000 annually + Up to $30K Sign-On + $15K Relocation + $2K/Month Housing Stipend Requirements to Apply
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active, unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience serving rural or underserved populations
- Supervisory experience with Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants

This full-time OBGYN opportunity offers the ability to provide comprehensive women s health services across outpatient and inpatient settings. The physician will deliver prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care; perform gynecologic evaluations; diagnose and treat routine and complex conditions; perform deliveries; and prescribe appropriate therapies.
The role emphasizes patient-centered, community-based care within a collaborative clinical model. Providers coordinate closely with advanced practice providers and nursing staff, ensure accurate documentation, adhere to evidence-based clinical protocols, and participate in quality improvement and regulatory initiatives.
Additional responsibilities may include supervising APPs, serving as a preceptor for medical students and NP/PA trainees, participating in daily team huddles, supporting audits, and rotating between clinic sites as needed. This position offers professional autonomy within a supportive leadership structure focused on expanding access to high-quality care. What Are the Benefits?
