We are seeking OB/GYN physicians with exceptional clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape the future of the specialty.

This role involves working collaboratively with local obstetricians to ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician every time. Physicians in this program are in-house experts whose ability to manage obstetric emergencies helps improve patient safety and satisfaction.

Hospital Information
Women and Infants Pavilion (WIP) delivers nearly 5,000 babies annually in a spacious, modern Labor and Delivery Unit. The pavilion features labor suites, couplet care rooms, and a Level IIIB Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Family-centered care is emphasized, with services such as 24-hour nursing, lactation consultants, childbirth classes, and bilingual support. The hospital is a designated Baby-Friendly facility, promoting breastfeeding and maternal-infant bonding. Additionally, the Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program (CPSP) integrates obstetric care with nutrition, education, and psychosocial services for Medi-Cal eligible women.
