Inside Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to support sales teams and customers. In this role, you’ll act as a key link between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams—helping ensure a smooth and efficient process from quote to delivery.

What You’ll Do
-Provide support to Inside and Outside Sales Representatives

-Communicate with customers including contractors, dealers, architects, and engineers

-Assist with job quotes, order processing, production tracking, and delivery coordination

-Prepare and send product samples to customers and prospects
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
-Maintain job files and complete required documentation

-Participate in sales and safety meetings

-Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards

What You’ll Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent

-2+ years of inside sales or sales support experience

-1+ year of experience in construction, building materials, or transportation industry preferred

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills

-Intermediate Excel skills (SAP experience a plus)

-Excellent communication and customer service skills

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Basic knowledge of construction or related products is a plus
