We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Employee-Owned team at our Rancho Cordova headquarters.

As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing vendor payments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring invoices are handled efficiently and accurately.
You'll work closely with vendors and departments across the organization to support smooth financial operations while helping the company maximize payment terms and discounts.
What You'll Be Doing
- Process vendor invoices, receiving reports, and payment requests accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and manage the Accounts Payable email inbox
- Enter and code invoices in NetSuite, ensuring proper approvals and departmental allocations
- Process company credit card expenses and reconcile discrepancies
- Review and process freight invoices while investigating billing variances
- Prepare vendor payments according to payment terms and available discounts
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve account discrepancies
- Collect and maintain W-9 documentation for vendors
- Research and respond to vendor and internal department inquiries
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
