Compensation Range: $33 - $38 / hour W2

Job Description:
This role oversees end-to-end digital release operations for a global transactional VOD business, ensuring title readiness, timeline accuracy, and cross-functional coordination across domestic and international partners.

Job Summary
•Manage end-to-end title release operations to ensure timelines are met across the digital supply chain and titles are ready ahead of launch dates
•Own and maintain a supply chain dashboard tracking global asset status, incoming timelines, and escalating late or at-risk deliverables
•Analyze release data to confirm readiness and accuracy, flag discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions
•Document key release operations milestones and communicate updates to all relevant stakeholders
•Mitigate issues identified throughout the supply chain to support timely title releases
•Evaluate vendor data and integrations with global retailers, validating accuracy and providing recommendations on viability and territory expansion
•Meet regularly with stakeholders to review title release strategy, pipeline issues, and process changes

Minimum Requirements:
•2-5 years of experience in distribution, release operations, and project management within the entertainment industry
•Strong understanding of digital supply chain and servicing workflows
•Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Airtable, and SharePoint
•Proven ability to manage complex timelines and projects across multiple stakeholders
•Experience using data to validate quality, identify anomalies, and drive actionable recommendations
•Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and data analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with PowerBI or comparable data visualization tools
•True global experience, including localization and cross-time-zone collaboration
•Vendor management experience within supply chain and operations contexts
•Customer service background or experience in client-facing operational roles
