Sales Administration Associate

: SUMMARY: Initiates, coordinates, and executes sales and administrative support to the Sales department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Composes client communications and proofreading materials.
  • Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
  • Handles the generation of sales reports and preparations for presentations.
  • Aide sales teams by contributing administrative, technical, and clerical support.
  • Processes sales orders to ensure completion and accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports, tracking work, quotas and commissions as specified.
  • Generates, edits, and analyzes complex spreadsheets, including formulas, formatting, and graphs.
  • Creates and edits reports and slide presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Administration of Salesforce by maintaining and updating records.
  • Supports the preparation and attends sales and marketing events.
  • Assists with developing and preparing sales and marketing promotional materials.
  • Coordinates with other departments when necessary.
  • Responds to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by sales representatives or management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
  • One to three years of sales or marketing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, and Microsoft Suites.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
