We are currently seeking a Solution Architect - Risk and Compliance to join our team in Dublin, Dublin (IE-D), Ireland (IE).

Summary

We’re looking for a T-shaped Solution Architect to support the design and solutions in the non-financial risk (NFR) domain. The role requires someone who can operate confidently across business and technology teams, contribute to design governance, and support delivery from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creation of high-level and support low-level solution designs across Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) application , integration, and data layers.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
• Collaborate with BAs, developers, testers, PMs, and Scrum Masters to ensure delivery alignment.
• Present designs in governance and design ceremonies.
• Support integration and data flow design across operational and analytical systems.

Must-Have Experience

• Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Naturally curious and able to independently research and explore solutions
• Proven ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Experience producing HLDs and supporting LLDs.
• Familiarity with structured delivery frameworks and governance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have Experience

• Exposure to non-financial risk, compliance, or GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC).
• Experience with domain or enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Understanding of data lineage, exception-based reporting, and materiality logic.
