Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Support the Results Management Office (RMO) for the Client Program, a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the healthcare industry. The RMO serves as the program's project management backbone, coordinating staffing, resource onboarding and offboarding, commercial administration, leadership reporting, communications, and program enablement activities.

In this role, you will help ensure that the program is appropriately staffed, operationally organized, commercially supported, and equipped with timely reporting and communications to drive successful deliveries.
  • Coordinate staffing activities by creating job postings, tracking open roles, reviewing candidate information, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of Deloitte and client resources, including access coordination across Deloitte and client systems.
  • Maintain staffing, resources, onboarding, and offboarding trackers to support accurate program reporting and execution.
  • Assist with commercial and contract administration activities, including pricing team structures and supporting the preparation of Statements of Work and change orders.
  • Develop and maintain leadership presentations, status reports, dashboards, and other program updates.
  • Gather, organize, and synthesize program information for leadership meetings and governance forums.
  • Coordinate inputs from workstream leads and stakeholders to track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Create program communications and marketing materials, including monthly newsletters, go-live announcements, and team or program win announcements.
  • Support RMO process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting, staffing, onboarding, and communications activities.
  • Collaborate with Deloitte and client stakeholders to ensure timely completion of program operations and deliverables.

Qualifications

Required
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting project management, program management, PMO, operations, or consulting engagements.
  • 1-2 years of experience coordinating multiple activities, timelines, stakeholders, or deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience creating presentations, status reports, dashboards, trackers, newsletters, or other business communications.
  • 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in digital product delivery, technology, healthcare, consulting, or a related business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California , Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current range is $56,000 to $93,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
