- Competitive Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
- Shift Days: Monday–Friday
- Shift Time: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Department: Strategic Programs Operations & Planning
- Location: Palo Alto, California
- Duration: 13 weeks initially; potential temp to hire

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow detailed, multi-step instructions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the day while managing multiple office areas
- Replenish supplies across multiple break rooms daily
- Perform inventory management and order supplies as needed
- Conduct condition assessments of facilities and document findings
- Assist with incident response and communicate updates effectively
- Manage and update work order statuses and report on progress
- Coordinate conference room reservations and manage shared email accounts
- Assign lockers to new employees and conduct annual audits of office spaces and workstations
