The Impact of the Desk

• Elite Case Management: You will manage a sophisticated docket of 20-30 catastrophic injury and trucking cases. These are not "volume" files; these are high-value, 7 and 8-figure matters that require expert-level strategy and relentless advocacy.

• The "Defense to Plaintiff" Pivot: We are specifically looking for polished, high-performance litigators. If you are currently at a top-tier Defense firm and want to transition your skills into the high-upside world of Plaintiff’s work, our client offers the mentorship and financial structure to make that move successful.

• Pure Litigation: With no billable hour requirement , your success is measured solely by results. You will be expected to lead discovery, handle complex expert witnesses, and prepare every case as if it’s going to trial.

• Base Salary: $200,000 – $250,000+ (DOE) with a clear path to $300,000+ total compensation through percentage options and discretionary bonuses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience with a strong background in high-value Personal Injury.

• Technical Mastery: A verifiable track record of taking and defending 50+ depositions.

• Writing Excellence: Strong analytical skills and a history of drafting winning dispositive motions.

• Location: Fully in-office in Downtown Los Angeles.
