F&B Server

Job Duties

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in restaurant, bar, and pool areas
• Provide attentive and personalized service to hotel guests and local patrons
• Take and input orders accurately; ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, cocktails, and daily specials
• Assist with bar service when needed (bartending experience preferred)
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of service areas, including poolside spaces
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and front desk teams

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience required (hotel experience a plus)
• Bartending experience preferred
• Open availability is required (must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Education and Experience

• Required Must have previous hotel banquet food and beverage experience
• Food handler and Liquor certification as required by law or brand standards.

Schedule Requirements:

• Flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts
• Weekend availability is mandatory
