Shipping Clerk Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Sunday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm )

• Prepare customer orders by picking, packing, labeling, and staging products for shipment.
• Verify shipment details against invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• Create shipping labels, packing slips, manifests, and other required paperwork.
• Enter and update shipment information in warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate with carriers and drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, and shipment status.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping records, logs, and inventory documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.

Shipping Clerk Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately complete shipping documentation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and transportation partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
