Administrative Associate
- Provide general administrative support to management and team members
- Manage emails, calendars, and meeting schedules
- Prepare, update, and organize documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate internal communications and follow-ups
- Assist with basic operational, HR, or finance-related tasks as assigned
- Handle routine inquiries and ensure timely responses
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Bachelors degree or ongoing education preferred (not mandatory)
- 0–1 year of administrative or office support experience
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Experience working in a remote setup
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Zoom, or task management systems
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
