About the Role:
We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator to own the day-to-day AP process from top to bottom. If you’re obsessed with accuracy, love structure, and can spot a missing invoice from a mile away, you’ll thrive here. This role is central to keeping our vendor relationships strong, our books balanced, and our month-end process smooth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring correct coding and approvals


• Manage weekly payment runs via check, ACH, and wire transfers


• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies


• Maintain and update vendor records, W-9s, and payment terms


• Handle month-end AP close tasks: accruals, reconciliations, and reporting


• Assist with 1099 prep and annual tax compliance


• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth PO matching and receiving processes


• Maintain General Ledger accuracy related to AP accounts


• Support year-end audits with clean, organized documentation


• Stay current on accounting policies, GAAP updates, and tax regs that affect AP

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• 3–5 years of experience specifically in Accounts Payable , ideally within a product-based or wholesale company


• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial close processes


• Skilled in Excel; experience with Navision, Ramp, Databricks, or Sigma is a plus


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills


• Great communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and keep vendors happy


• Experience working with large vendors, EDI systems, and Shopify orders is a bonus

California pay range

$31 - $35 USD
