As a Sales Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with the latest wireless devices and solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, understanding their wireless needs and providing tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless devices, plans, and accessories to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and closing sales.

Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.

Customer Education: Educate customers on wireless plans, features, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.

Merchandising: Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.

Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the management team to continuously improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for technology and wireless devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology trends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
