Warehouse Assistant
Job Description:
1. Print out all orders for shipping & review orders.
2. Complete all paperwork for all materials and finish goods.
3. Write DR’s and SIR’s.
4. Other tasks including helping with inventory checks, sign for deliveries, RGA’s, etc.
5. Order and keep track of packing materials for shipping and materials for WH office.
6. Keep WH office records and supply organized.
7. Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Experience with MS Word and Excel.
2. Well organized, detail oriented and is willing to learn.
3. Be able to maintain a normal 8-hour working schedule.
4. Warehouse experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a big plus.
