Supervisor Administrative Services
- Manages and coordinates the operations of the Administrative Office.
- Provides executive support to the President or VP and in a manner consistent with the Mission and Philosophy of Dignity Health.
- This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
- It is distinguished from other clerical positions by the level and scope of support provided to Executive Management.
- This position will also supervise the Executive Assistants.
- Minimum of seven plus years' experience as an executive assistant or executive secretary is required.
- Supervisory experience is required.
- A valid Class C California Driver's License is desirable for occasional travel to meetings and/or training locations.
- AUTO:CA - California Driver's License is required for occasional travel to meetings and/or training locations.
- Must be reliable, flexible and versatile; the ability to function as a team player in a fast-paced environment is essential for this position.
- Requires good organizational, interpersonal and team-oriented skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks. Requires excellent written and verbal communication.
- Must have the ability to remain calm in difficult situations and maintain mental alertness and stamina to perform routine and specialized duties for long periods of time.
- Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion, work independently and make sound decisions.
- Solid working knowledge of modern office terminology and computer applications; must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, e-mail and calendar applications; type accurately at a speed necessary for completing documents as needed; English usage, spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary.
- Requires a high school education or equivalent; Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent of education plus experience in an office environment.
- Healthcare background desirable.
- Notary public commission preferred.
