The Detailer cleans & refurbishes new and pre-owned vehicles, conforms to dealership and/or manufacturer specification & time allowances. Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage at the applicable minimum wage rate to $20.00/hr. At Mossy Auto Group our employees are our most valuable asset. Benefits * Medical, Dental & Vision * Group Insurance Plans & Discounts * 401K Retirement Savings Plan * Paid Vacation and Holidays * Disability Insurance * LAP (Life Assistance Program) * Basic Life, Dependent & Accident Insurance * Growth Opportunities * Paid Training * Employee Purchase Incentives Responsibilities * Inspecting vehicle for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery * Restoring using appropriate materials * Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle, clean interior and exterior windows * Applying special-purpose cleaner to remove foreign materials * Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle using appropriate cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devices * Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment * Apply dressing on tires and tire wells * Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles * Operate all tools in a safe manner by using proper eye, hand & body protection * Report any safety issues immediately to management * Maintaining showroom and stock vehicles in clean & presentable conditions at all times Qualifications * Ability to pay attention to detail * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to follow instructions * Positive attitude * Valid CA driver license and clean driving record * Accepts constructive criticism with motivation towards improvement on job performance * Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen Our company is committed to hiring a diverse and qualified workforce.
