Compensation: $80,000 base salary + commission

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to generate revenue by qualifying inbound leads and conducting outbound outreach to prospective clients, including local businesses and property managers. This role focuses on selling security services such as guard services, patrols, and security technology. The ideal candidate is comfortable with high-volume calling, consultative selling, and CRM management (e.g., HubSpot), and is motivated to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by identifying client needs and selling security services (armed/unarmed guards, patrol services, monitoring solutions).
  • Prospect and engage commercial businesses, residential communities, property management firms, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Make 45–60 outbound calls per day while nurturing leads and managing pipeline activity.
  • Qualify inbound leads to understand client security requirements.
  • Research and contact potential clients to introduce services and schedule consultations.
  • Conduct client consultations, develop customized security solutions, and negotiate service agreements.
  • Utilize CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads from initial contact through contract signing.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales management and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales or telesales experience (security or service industry preferred).
  • Strong motivation and resilience, with the ability to handle cold calling and rejection.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic understanding of physical security services is a plus.
