A day in the life:

In the position of Lead, Accounts Payable, you will lead, mentor, and coach the accounts payable staff to ensure invoices are processed, paid timely, and accurately. Responsible for supporting the team research discrepancies, work with many different departments, and vendors globally

The impact you'll make:

• Audit and post purchase orders (PO) and Non-PO invoices


• Create and review payment proposals


• Resolve invoice issues with Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory, Purchasing, etc.


• Perform monthly closing procedures and run reports


• Provide leadership to accounts payable team and deliver on special projects as assigned

Who you are:

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Accounting, Finance or related field of study
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting
Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in a full cycle accounts payable role, internal control
system
Computer Skills Desired: SAP experience, Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word (vlookups, pivot tables)
Preferred Certifications: N/A

Monster Energy provides a competitive total Compensation. This Position has a range of $24-$32/ hourly. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
