Overview
We’re seeking a Sr. Applications Analyst to support and optimize healthcare application platforms, including EHR/EMR systems and operational tools. This role partners with clinical and business teams to improve system performance, support implementations, and ensure applications align with real-world workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a senior support and optimization resource for healthcare applications
- Troubleshoot complex issues and partner with vendors and internal teams on resolutions
- Configure, enhance, and support clinical and operational systems
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and new feature rollouts
- Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to improve workflows and system adoption
- Provide guidance, documentation, and support to end users and junior team members
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years supporting healthcare applications or EHR systems
- Experience with EHR implementations, configuration, and support
- Strong understanding of clinical or healthcare operational workflows
- Comfortable working directly with end users and going on-site as needed
- Self-directed, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
Nice to Have
- Specialty or ambulatory healthcare experience
- Workflow, integration, or reporting exposure
- Experience supporting multiple systems or multi-site environments
