Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to lead their Labor & Delivery team. As the Registered Nurse Manager in Labor & Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care for mothers and newborns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the Labor & Delivery nursing team
- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Providing mentorship and support to nursing staff
- Maintaining effective communication with staff, patients, and families
Requirements for this role include:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years in a leadership role within Labor & Delivery
- Two years‘ experience in acute care nursing in a hospital setting
- BLS, NRP, and EFM certifications
- National specialty certification in area of expertise or nursing administration preferred
- Need 2 years experience in setting
