As the Registered Nurse Manager in Labor & Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care for mothers and newborns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the Labor & Delivery nursing team
• Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
• Providing mentorship and support to nursing staff
• Maintaining effective communication with staff, patients, and families

Requirements for this role include:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Bachelor‘s Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10 years in a leadership role within Labor & Delivery
• Two years‘ experience in acute care nursing in a hospital setting
• BLS, NRP, and EFM certifications
• National specialty certification in area of expertise or nursing administration preferred
• Need 2 years experience in setting
