Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a travel Physical Therapist opportunity in Marysville, CA with a regional health system. Provide home health physical therapy to patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. Plan and conduct treatment programs to restore physical, social, and mental function. Serve as a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary care team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license was obtained on or after January 2016. Candidates with other accredited PT degrees acceptable when state licensure criteria are met.
• Active Physical Therapy license in the applicable state required prior to start.
• Minimum one year of home health experience preferred; willing to train candidates without home health experience.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS or equivalent) certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and must be at least 21 years of age required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience servicing Butte, Yuba, or Sutter Counties preferred.

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Home health caseload covering Butte, Yuba and Sutter counties; travel between patient homes required.
• Mileage reimbursement in addition to bill rate.
