  • Drive project planning, scheduling strategy, phasing plans, and operational execution.
  • Ensure projects remain compliant with DSA requirements, public agency standards, inspections, and documentation processes.

  • Support contract negotiations, change management, and dispute resolution activities.
  • Monitor field execution and collaborate with operations teams to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Facilitate executive project reviews and maintain accountability for project milestones and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop project leadership teams while supporting long-term organizational growth.
  • Support business development initiatives and maintain strong industry relationships within education construction markets.
Qualifications

  • Proven success delivering projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Deep understanding of DSA processes, inspections, certifications, public contracting, and occupied campus construction.
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale projects and diverse project teams simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, financial controls, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
