Supply Chain Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the operation team to identify constraints, conduct root causes analysis of problems and execute solutions; respond to daily process related escalations.
- Assist Process Engineers in developing and deploying new processes and methods to improve efficiency, reduce cost, increase data visibility, and improve inventory accuracy.
- Recommend and implement updates to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) following the change management process.
- Be the liaison between the operation team and third-party vendors to coordinate routine activities; track and follow up on open items and escalations.
- Work with data intelligence teams to develop metrics dashboards, providing real-time visibility into performance metrics and enabling informed decision-making.
- Assist process engineers to analyze data from dashboards, invoices, etc. and come up with suggestions.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet service expectations and are delivered on time; Proactively identify risks and drive solutions; support projects with data analysis, process mapping, and proposals for enhancements.
- Meeting Management: Organize and conduct regular sync meetings and training sessions to ensure transparency and keep all stakeholders informed of process changes and updates.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to create process flow maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to conduct cycle time studies.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing competing demands and deadlines.
- Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
- Advanced skills in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Advance skills in process mapping.
- Ability to create Tableau or use SQL to extract data.
- Experience in reverse supply chain operation or ITAD business.
- Experience in IT logistics.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain fields within a manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environment.
