Software Engineer - Windsurf Enterprise

About the role

Windsurf is an AI-native IDE that is loved by millions of developers. It is also trusted by some of the largest enterprises in the world such as JP Morgan Chase, Intel, Cisco, and more. This is a big deal - the world’s largest organizations trust Windsurf with their most precious IP: their code. The Enterprise team focuses on building not only the best agentic IDE experience, but also one that is scalable, reliable, and secure enough to be used by the world’s largest enterprises.

What you'll do

• Understand pressing Enterprise customer needs and design thoughtful product solutions

• Work across every part of the stack: infra, frontend client, backend, web, IDE extensions

• Scale Windsurf infrastructure across environments and like FedRAMP, EU, and more

• Build secure and reliable systems for the most critical enterprise workloads

• Work with customers to make sure they are successful with Windsurf

• Be a champion for product quality and robustness

What we are looking for

• Ability to work across the entire stack and become an expert quickly

• Desire to ship products that drive massive revenue impact

• Ability to work cross functionally with deployed and support engineers

• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools like Windsurf, Copilot, ChatGPT, and others is a strong plus.
